What to Expect The successful candidate will have experience in all facets of Automotive Vehicle Paint shop maintenance. Maintenance supervision and leadership experience with supporting sustainable production as well as new model and/or new equipment introductions is required. This person must be able to build upon previous successes, and take our Paint Maintenance team to the next level. Candidate must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect paint quality, production efficiency, work cell ergonomics, equipment maintenance. The successful candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills, demonstrating the ability to be an innovator and change agent. What You'll Do Supervision of hourly maintenance technicians.
