Responsibilities
Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11-17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home. Palm Shores is currently hiring an experienced full-time Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling for the nursing department which includes Registered Nurses, Shift Supervisors, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians. In addition to all scheduling requirements, the Staffing Coordinator will also track attendance, PTO, overtime and missed punches. Must be able to organize and maintain records and logs related to work schedules. The Staffing Coordinator must have good communication skills and be able to interact with members of all hospital departments.
