Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings. Sharp mechanical and electrical problem-solving chops. Blueprint, technical manual, and schematic reader, and a hands-on doer. Ready for physical work and all kinds of conditions. Jump in by responding quickly when something (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic) breaks. Troubleshoot, repair, and get production back on track fast. Keep up with inspections and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't stand a chance. Team up with coworkers to keep the shop safe, efficient, and running strong. Assist with installation and upgrades of raw equipment.
