As a key player in our marketing technology enablement team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our marketing operations. You will analyze existing capabilities, identify critical opportunities, and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions. Your work will directly influence the successful adoption of new tools and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with overarching business needs and empowering marketers to achieve unprecedented levels of effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in diagnosing and defining complex business problems through thorough research and engaging stakeholder sessions with marketers.

* Conduct comprehensive analyses of the current marketing technology ecosystem and campaign processes to pinpoint gaps and identify areas for optimization.

* Provide crucial support in developing and executing implementation strategies for new marketing technologies and refined workflows.

* Contribute to the design of innovative technology and process solutions, ensuring they are firmly grounded in business goals and measurable success metrics.

* Apply robust change management principles, including documenting impact assessments, assisting with risk identification and mitigation, and supporting communication plans to ensure smooth transitions.

**What You'll Bring**

* **Analytical Acumen:** Demonstrated ability to dissect and understand complex business problems, campaign processes, and marketing technologies.

* **Technology Fluency:** Relevant experience with one or more technologies across core focus areas such as Content Management, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Journey Orchestration, Workflow Management, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and creative suite tools.

* **Documentation Proficiency:** Expertise in creating clear, concise documentation for processes, frameworks, and detailed solution specifications.

* **Project & Change Management Support:** Experience or familiarity with implementation strategies, rollout methodologies, and applying change management principles to drive successful adoption.
