Description Lead acquisition and recruitment of digital/ecommerce agencies and systems integrators into the Mailchimp partner program Sell to partners, not end customers - focus is on winning the partner and signing them up Execute a defined sales methodology from first meeting to sign-up Handoff signed partners to development manager for onboarding Influence platform and contribute to AI testing framework (e.g., RAGAS, DeepEval) No mass outreach - outreach agency handles initial meeting setup Role carved out from BDM to focus on partner recruiting motion Additional Skills & Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in partner recruitment, channel development, business development, or agency relations. Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales tools. Highly organized with excellent follow-through. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mountain View, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56.82 - $56.82/hr.
