La persona que se una como Finance Manager sera clave para brindar soporte financiero estrategico y operativo a las operaciones de IFS en America. Seras responsable de liderar un pequeno equipo y supervisar las actividades financieras tanto en Estados Unidos como en Mexico. Actuaras como socio financiero del equipo de Operaciones y del equipo Comercial, garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas financieras (como US GAAP y Sarbanes-Oxley), reportes confiables y una toma de decisiones informada. Ademas, colaboraras con equipos globales para implementar mejores practicas y asegurar la salud financiera del negocio. Por que te necesitamos? Para liderar y ejecutar el cierre financiero mensual conforme a US GAAP y politicas internas. Para dar soporte al cumplimiento de requerimientos financieros anuales, como el AOP, auditorias de activos fijos e inventarios. Para analizar variaciones de ingresos y costos, y explicar su impacto vs presupuesto y ano anterior. Para generar reportes financieros precisos y oportunos que permitan decisiones de negocio efectivas. Para realizar conciliaciones de cuentas de inventario, activos y cuentas por cobrar. Para asegurar que todas las transacciones esten registradas conforme a las politicas corporativas y al Codigo de Conducta. Para desarrollar estimaciones financieras mensuales, incluyendo analisis de margenes, rentabilidad por linea de producto y tendencias por cliente. Para revisar y dar soporte financiero en proyectos de capital (capex), desde la solicitud hasta la evaluacion de resultados. Para participar activamente como miembro del equipo de liderazgo de planta y del equipo comercial. Para atender solicitudes ad-hoc relacionadas con el sitio o linea de productos. Para colaborar con equipos globales y regionales de cadena de suministro, finanzas y ventas, garantizando una vision financiera alineada. Que necesitas para tener exito? Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afin Ingles avanzado- conversacional (reportaras a USA) experiencia relevante en finanzas, preferentemente en un entorno de manufactura. Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (Syteline deseable), SAP y herramientas de analisis financiero como Power BI o OneStream. Dominio avanzado de Excel. Capacidad de analisis y sintesis de grandes volumenes de datos. Habilidades de comunicacion efectiva y enfoque colaborativo.
