Summary:

Fully Remote

The Payroll Customer Care Specialist role is accountable for end user support for Work Force Manager. The role consists of Care Team Member and Leader solution solving with expectation, duties can be performed independently.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma of GED preferred
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Minimum of one year of overall Payroll Time and Attendance and Scheduler experience
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with users, in order to determine business needs to resolve HRSD case inquiries.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Ability to Embrace a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
