About the Role We're seeking a sharp, strategic, and solutions-oriented Vice President, Treasurer & Investor Relations to join our senior finance leadership team and help steer the company's financial future. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll define capital strategy, lead treasury operations, and serve as the voice of the company to the investment community. As a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we manage risk, optimize liquidity, and articulate our growth story to Wall Street. This role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), combining flexibility with executive collaboration. What You'll Do Treasury Leadership
- Direct all global treasury operations - cash management, working capital, collections, short-term investing, and liquidity forecasting.
- Optimize our capital structure, guide financing strategies, and lead debt and equity transactions.
- Monitor and manage debt covenant compliance across all financing arrangements, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to financial and non-financial covenants.
- Serve as our financial risk radar - managing foreign exchange exposure and overseeing global insurance programs (property, liability, D&O).
- Lead credit and collections teams, ensure disciplined customer financing practices, and strengthen controls (including SOX compliance).
- Partner with the CFO on high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A, technology upgrades, and process transformations.
- Chair the capital approval process and represent Treasury on the Investment Plan Committee (401(k) oversight).
- Maintain strong, strategic relationships with banks, rating agencies, and insurance providers.
Investor Relations - Be the Voice of the Company
- Lead the investor relations strategy - from quarterly earnings to Investor Day events.
- Serve as the face of the company to analysts, investors, and the broader financial community.
- Shape the company's narrative, communicating our value proposition, strategy, and performance with clarity and credibility.
- Manage all IR content - earnings scripts, press releases, investor decks, Q&A prep, and executive talking points.
- Track share performance, analyst sentiment, valuation benchmarks, and peer comparisons - always knowing what the Street is saying and why.
- Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform capital structure strategy, funding decisions, and investor messaging; synthesize insights from peer financials, rating agency commentary, and macroeconomic trends to support strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with leadership for investor events, site visits, and conferences - ensuring we show up with confidence and consistency.
- Own the investor relations section of our corporate website and oversee external IR consultants.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP a plus
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including treasury and investor relations in a public company setting
- Prior leadership in a global manufacturing or technology environment with $500M+ in revenue
- Deep experience with capital markets, financial risk, and investor communications
- Strategic thinker who can connect the financial dots and see around corners
- Comfortable presenting to executives, Boards, and external stakeholders
- Expert in financial modeling, capital markets, and risk management
- Strong communicator and storyteller - equally confident with numbers and narratives
- Proven builder of strong teams, processes, and cross-functional partnerships
- Tech-savvy with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Knowledgeable in SOX compliance and internal controls
