Job Summary
The CBS organization is responsible for collecting, managing, transforming, and stewarding a complex suite of business data to a broad array of stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system. The Data Steward will be responsible for ensuring the availability, accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of our stakeholder data, which may include, but may not be limited to, customer data, purchase order data, and/or volume data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with assigned internal and external customers to understand, research, and correct data issues.
- Collaborate with external IT departments to create data sets for reporting that align with the requirements of both The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Bottlers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to integrate their data feeds and confirm their accuracy. Become proficient with customer systems when necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of stakeholder data by adhering to established validation processes and accurately documenting these validations for SOC control purposes.
- Prioritize data tasks/enhancements across internal and external stakeholders.
- Function as a seamless addition to customers' teams by anticipating requirements and delivering exceptional service in the analysis, understanding, and presentation of data to customers and/or stakeholders.
- Provide reporting details designed to help stakeholders of varying technical and business expertise understand issues or opportunities related to the data influencing the stakeholder and/or customer to take action to address the issues or take advantage of the opportunities.
- Become an expert in how Coca-Cola data is used in downstream systems and be able to direct stakeholders to the appropriate teams to answer system-specific data questions.
- Offer guidance to Coca-Cola stakeholders, enabling them to make informed business decisions based on the data provided by their customers.
- Persistently strive to automate processes that are repetitive and foreseeable.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and/or stakeholders for data-related questions, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion.

Key Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in handling extensive data sets and identifying anomalies as well as problems that contribute to failures.
- Knowledge of the Coca-Cola Bottler Franchise System including but not limited to Bottler go to market processes and Bottler data systems (CONA/SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Foundational knowledge of relational data principles.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax.
- Expertise in utilizing the Microsoft suite of tools, including Power BI.
Education Requirements
High School or GED and related experience
Perferred, 4 year/bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, IT, or other related field

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
