Join us as our new Network Specialist - IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration

Our IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration team provides the technology and expertise to allow growth, expansion and development of the business. Using collaborative efforts, this team is involved in projects such as adding functions, integrating new companies acquired, replacing technologies, and upgrading and designing firewalls. Currently, we are replacing infrastructure and network devices in many locations as well as focusing on production security, robotics used in production, and expansion of production facilities.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Managing & maintaining network to high quality standards in multiple locations in the U.S. and Latin America.
• Assisting with projects in each region requiring network & infrastructure knowledge.
• Collaborating with global infrastructure teams & assisting with troubleshooting issues.
• Working closely with the infrastructure team in the U.S. as well as global teams & end user support teams.
• Assisting external project managers in design and implementation of networks and necessary infrastructure.
• Working with business units on various projects, upgrading/replacing network devices & troubleshooting common issues.

To succeed you must hold:

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in networking technologies.
• Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Meraki Certifications desired.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic, WiFi standards.
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE.
• Ability to communicate with various business units to explain technologies & solutions in easy-to-understand terminology.
• Ability to travel periodically to locations to ensure standards are maintained.
• English as primary language & Spanish preferred for working with our colleagues in
  Latin America.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing environments a plus.

Location: Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

Expected Salary Range: $75k - $112k
