Job Description:

Overview:

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager will lead all logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities for our Livermore, Carlsbad, and Baldwin Park, CA sites, ensuring optimal inventory management, operational efficiency, and alignment with global supply chain strategy. This leader will define key performance indicators (KPI's), drive process improvements, and develop scalable practices to support business growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, transportation, and other logistics processes across multiple sites.

  • Define, track, and report KPIs that measure logistics performance, cost efficiency, order accuracy, and service levels.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities within logistics operations, including freight optimization, carrier management, and warehouse efficiency.

  • Optimize domestic and international shipping lanes, consolidations, and carrier utilization to improve service levels and reduce costs.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Supply Chain, Production, Sales Operations, Quality, and IT to ensure alignment and synergy across all regions.

  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, RMA processes, and ensure timely and accurate cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

  • Ensure logistics processes and documentation meet all regulatory, SOX, and Trade Compliance requirements.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse team to meet departmental goals.

  • Manage logistics budgets and forecasts, support future capital planning and warehouse capacity expansion.

  • Drive adoption of ERP system best practices and ensure data integrity across logistics modules.

Pay Range:

$155,800.00 - $204,435.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $155,800.00 and $204,435.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
