College of Business: UCF College of Business is leading the charge into the next generation of business and education. Established in 1968, UCF College of Business offers degrees at the bachelor's, master's, doctoral and executive levels. All programs, as well as the Kenneth G. Dixon School of Accounting, are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. The Opportunity: The Employer Liaison/ATS Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the College of Business's strategic goals by cultivating and maintaining strong employer partnerships that directly enhance student career outcomes. This position serves as the primary connector between industry and the college, ensuring alignment between employer needs and student development through targeted outreach, relationship management, and event coordination. Working collaboratively with the Office of Outreach and Engagement (OOE), Office of Professional Development (OPD), and Office of Graduate Programs (OGP), the Employer Liaison/ATS Manager will facilitate employer engagement, match students with job and internship opportunities, and support the college's corporate partnership program. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach calls, managing billing and invoicing for partnerships, and organizing employer-led events and presentations. This role also contributes to the growth and execution of the college's signature events and corporate engagement strategies, helping to expand internship pipelines and sponsorship opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's and 2+ years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 0+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
