SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

The Enterprise Alloy Specialist I operates within the Digital Enterprise Team (DET) and supports the execution of Alloy configuration, testing, compliance, and reporting activities. This role assists with roadmaps and enhancements by performing assigned tasks accurately and on time, helping to maintain system stability and compliance. The Specialist I will work closely with the Enterprise Platform Admin (EPA), Enterprise Alloy Specialist II, and Line of Business (LOB) partners to support configuration, documentation, reporting, and testing. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow established processes while escalating complex issues when necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide support for configuration, testing, compliance, and reporting to execute road maps and maintain environments.

  • Assist in software releases, upgrades, and application configuration changes are tested, qualified, documented, and implemented successfully in conjunction EDT.

  • Serve as an additional escalation contact between internal and external partners, providing guidance on solution development, support cases, analytics, and resolving production issues.

  • Under the guidance of DET, manage test scripts execution and development applicable to BAU and new functionality quality assurance testing.

  • Support the development and analysis of operational data to ensure sound practices and implement effective risk monitoring strategies.

  • Assist with research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of strategies in partnership with LOBs and DET to identify opportunities that drive continuous improvement, streamlined processes, and enhance automation.

  • Play an active role in the ongoing development, refinement, and maintenance of Alloy procedures and processes for DET and LOB partners.

  • Assist with Model Documentation, Risk Assessments, and Performance Reviews of vendors as requested.

  • Contribute to access management reviews in partnership with Identity Access Management and DET.

  • Maintain close partnership with DET to ensure alignment prior to implementation, enhancements, and procedural changes.

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to detail.

  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment, both independently and within teams.

  • Novice at building, communicating, enhancing, and strategically analyzing data.

  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for account origination.

  • Knowledge of banking processes preferred.

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, SharePoint, and Salesforce.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: College degree preferred but not required.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of banking experience is preferred. Candidates with a solid understanding of the technical requirements related to deposit account opening or core processing will be highly valued. Project management experience is also desirable.

  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Proficiency with Alloy, Salesforce, and Fiserv, as well as advanced skills in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint. Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are highly desirable.

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with the use of the right desk. This position may require bending and reaching.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

For telecommuters or hybrid: Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.
