Maintenance Supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Type II + CPO certified
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• 3+ years of previous supervision/management experience
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and daily activities.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and unit make-ready schedules.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and painting).
• Manage maintenance supplies, inventory, and budgets.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and assist with capital improvement projects.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers.
