We welcome applications from exceptional early-career scientists poised to build an independent, high-impact research program advancing fundamental and translational discovery in reproductive and developmental biology. We are broadly interested, with particular strength in: germline and early developmental biology; placental/implantation biology; reproductive aging; multi-omics and functional genomics; computational biology/AI; and translational diagnostics/therapeutics. The successful candidate will benefit from UCSF's world-class core facilities (genomics, imaging, single-cell, computational), vibrant graduate programs, and strong basic-clinical partnerships across campus. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$170,000. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. UCSF Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences has a total salary plan that uses National benchmarking standards to set salaries by subspecialty.
