The Product Marketing Associate is responsible for combining technical, analytical, and marketing expertise to support product positioning, pricing, and market success. In this role, you will be based in one of our office locations: Reading, PA.
A day in the life of a Product Marketing Associate can look like
  • Manage pricing inquiries as the first point of contact, ensuring margin reviews and concessions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Conduct data-driven pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability; create and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports. Monitor and track pricing changes in the market and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Support product launches and campaigns by working with product managers, engineering, and sales to ensure technical accuracy in all collateral.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales presentations, product datasheets, case studies, and technical content for multi-channel campaigns including email, social media and events.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor and tracking pricing changes in the market and make recommendations for adjustments.


We are looking for you to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in product management, pricing, marketing or sales with strong analytical exposure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to calculate and interpret sales price, cost, and margin; financial acumen is critical.
  • Strong capability to interpret data and trends, and to translate insights into business actions.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in the US
