Experience Required

Coordinates Quality Management Committee, Patient Safety, Chapter Champion, and other department committee meetings in coordination with department leadership. Prepares and maintains agenda, minutes, and data for the above meetings. Prepares letters and/or memos to staff, physicians, and third-party payers in response to letters or issues of quality concern.

Serves as the regulatory database administrator and assists wit regulatory compliance by assisting with coordination of regulatory function teams, maintenance of committee correspondence, and data entry. Facilitates communication of both proposed and new regulatory requirements while obtaining and tracking organizational status from applicable team members.

Organizes and maintains required regulatory files and materials as listed by TJC. Electronically distributes all regulatory newsletters and communication to applicable CRMC team members. Electronically maintains performance improvement databases for department director and clinical quality analysts regularly and as needed.

Completes special projects as assigned by Director of Performance Improvement.

Handles telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. Handles department mail, delivers mail in-house. Schedules meeting rooms, places order with dietary dept., maintains meeting room schedule.

Maintains office equipment, i.e. copier, fax machine, maintains one month of routine office supplies, special orders as necessary. With provided direction updates and maintains the departmental intranet site and departmental forms and policies.

Assumes all other duties as assigned


Education Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience and/or advanced education preferred
Hourly Rate Min $25
Hourly Rate Max $36


The New Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position.

A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
