Job Summary

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer to join our Lifecycle & Retention team as a Senior Specialist. In this role, you'll help drive customer engagement and retention through thoughtful, data-driven communications across the customer journey. You'll bring creative thinking, operational rigor, and a strong understanding of CRM strategy to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, with a focus on email and SMS.

Translate customer insights and segmentation data into personalized, high-performing campaigns that drive conversion and loyalty.

Manage creative development from concept through launch - briefing creative, reviewing copy/design, and ensuring consistent brand voice.

Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations to test, measure, and optimize performance across campaigns.

Support retention and upsell initiatives that drive value and reduce churn.

Maintain campaign calendars, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve lifecycle effectiveness.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (telecom, subscription, or consumer services experience a plus).

Proven experience executing email and SMS campaigns from end to end - from segmentation and creative development to reporting.

Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable).

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance metrics.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.

A passion for creative storytelling and customer-centric marketing.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$77,112.00-$126,684.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
