Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Mechanical Engineer - New Product Development (NPD) Position Summary We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team-where creativity meets disciplined engineering. In this role, you will turn ideas into manufacturable, high-performance products that redefine what's possible in conveyance technology. You'll collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Global Assembly teams to design, prototype, test, and refine mechanical systems and components used in Intralox's next generation of conveyor solutions. This position requires both analytical rigor and hands-on curiosity-someone who thrives in an environment where you're encouraged to build, test, fail fast, and learn quickly.
