We're looking for a highly motivated professional to support our Executive Search function. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution of senior-level hiring initiatives by partnering closely with executive recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every task.

This role offers broad exposure across the organization and is ideal for someone eager to grow, contribute meaningfully, and help shape a best-in-class executive hiring experience.

This is an onsite role based in Boston, MA. Only local candidates will be considered.

Core Responsibilities

  • Search Process Support: Provide comprehensive coordination across all phases of the executive search lifecycle, including candidate engagement, recruiter collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
  • Project Oversight: Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for multiple concurrent searches, ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Interview Logistics & Feedback: Attend search update meetings, capture action items, and input interviewer feedback into the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Candidate Experience: Prepare reference summaries, compile company materials, and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey.
  • Branding & Communication: Develop polished presentations, briefing documents, and reports that showcase the executive search team's capabilities and progress.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate requisition tracking, support offer documentation, and collaborate with finance to monitor vendor spend.
  • Event & Scheduling Coordination: Partner with recruiting coordinators to manage interviews and assist with executive-level events and conferences.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate search metrics and dashboards in partnership with the operations team to inform strategy and performance.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience of providing operational support and excellence to an internal executive search function and/or third party retained search firm environment.
  • Demonstrates executive presence and credibility to build trust and influence across senior leadership.
  • Brings gravitas and strategic acumen to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable navigating and mastering new digital tools to enhance productivity.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
