  • 3 years of experience (inbound and outbound experience)
  • Strong in-person and virtual customer service skills
  • Able to work independently as well as be part of a team
  • Organized and able to manage your time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Support what you sell - maintain and grow existing accounts through reliable follow-up and excellent service.
  • Know your stuff - develop strong product, technical, and territory knowledge to guide customers to the right solutions.
  • Collaborate and win together - work closely with your team to streamline orders, reports, and customer communication.
  • Stay on top of the details - generate daily and weekly reports to track performance and spot opportunities.
  • Thrive under pressure - manage a high volume of calls and orders while keeping accuracy and quality front and center.
