Description Role information: The Data Analyst will be critical to the IT team and will play an important role in the development of its improved data strategy, environment, and visibility as we work to build a platform based in data-driven decision making. They will be working directly with the Director of IT, Finance Leadership, and Extended Leadership Team to develop and construct a platform-wide, consolidated data strategy with real-time, easy-to-access reporting and insights available to the business to enable proactive strategic & tactical decision making. In addition, the Data Analyst will play an important role in the implementation of a new ERP & data platform across sites over the next 2-3 years. Skills Business Analysis, Reporting, SQL queries, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Data, Data Governance Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice to haves: Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Experience with data consolidation & aggregation platforms (e.g., Fabric, Domo) Experience in manufacturing or industrial industries Knowledge of data governance and security best practices Experience with business transformation going from paper based to digital Experience Level* Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Itasca, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
