Description Top Skills' Details 1. 5+ years of desktop or technical support in enterprise or MSP environments (troubleshooting, communication, customer service, escalated tickets experience) 2. In-depth knowledge and experience (3+ years) with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and MDM (mobile device management) platforms for iOS and android 3. Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scription for support automation (3+ years) Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102) Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate CompTIA A+ or Network+ Employee Expectations Model the organization's Engaged, Dynamic, and Genuine values. Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rocklin, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
