Digital Services Member Service Representative (MSR) - Pensacola, FL * * Location: Pensacola, FL Start Date: December 29, 2025 Training Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM CST (Onsite Only) Work Schedule - Hybrid: Between 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM CST (8.5-hour shifts within a 9.5-hour window) * * About the Role: We are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Digital Services Member Service Representatives (MSRs). As a Digital Services MSR, you will play a critical role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support to members via inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving issues quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service. * * What You'll Do: * Handle inbound calls and assist members with digital banking issues * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns * Provide exceptional customer service and support * Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment * Tech-savvy and comfortable using dual monitors and multiple programs * Reliable and punctual, especially during training Please apply with your most updated resume! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
