Are you passionate about helping people and ready to launch your career in the mortgage industry? We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as *Customer Experience Specialists*. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact guiding customers through one of the most important financial journeys of their lives - buying a home.
What You'll Do: As a *Customer Experience Specialist*, you'll support customers from the start of their loan process through to closing. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment where your communication and problem-solving skills will shine. Key responsibilities include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls and text messages (with consent) to assist customers throughout the mortgage process. * Managing a pipeline of up to 75 active loans, with approximately 30 calls per day. * Performing data entry and validating customer information. * Communicating with customers, third parties, and internal departments via phone, email, and chat. * Monitoring work queues and taking action as needed to ensure timely processing. * Conducting basic research to resolve customer inquiries and escalating complex issues when necessary. * Meeting performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. * Following established policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will have: * At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry (preferred). * A strong customer service mindset and professional phone presence. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Effective time management and organizational abilities. * Proficiency with computers and common applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). * An assessment score of 50 or higher. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
