KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Strategy Offering Operations to join our Deal Advisory & Strategy (DAS) organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist DAS Strategy Offering Line and Portfolio Leaders with day-to-day operational activities and collaborate with cross-functional DAS operations leads on Offering group wide programs or projects
  • Lead execution of offering wide strategic initiatives and projects while managing connectivity between leadership and practice professionals
  • Monitor strategic and market developments and their business implications including analysis over pipeline, backlog, win rates and other Go-To-Market (GTM) metrics
  • Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings and presentations for senior leadership (quarterly business reviews, business planning, offering leadership and community meetings and comms)
  • Create, execute and oversee business strategies through management against related budgets (such as marketing)
  • Coordinate connectivity across Operations, including sectors, offerings and talent; leading essential operational projects or initiatives for strategic or fiscal success
  • Support DMT initiatives by driving change and activation into the offering line/portfolio
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience delivering client facing Advisory solutions within a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline hygiene, reporting, and communications across multiple business units
  • Capacity to execute deliverables and see projects through to completion as well as to work and communicate directly with senior level leadership on a regular basis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
