As an OEM Manager, you will Manage and develop a team focused on maintaining and expanding manufacturer relationships to meet established goals and objectives. Promotes the organization's OEM product lines, ensuring alignment with manufacturing requirements. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. This role plays a critical part in long-term business growth through OEM partnerships. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP. Medical Field Sales The position location is flexible, but the placement must be willing to travel frequently. Other Key Relationships:

Responsibilities
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure mutual success and alignment
- Develops and executes strategies along with the manufacturing partners to maximize revenue and market share
- Works closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute plans to assure achievement of sales goals
- Stays informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive OEM offerings to inform strategic decisions
- Facilitates and supports new and improved programs for the department
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on the performance of staff, and providing feedback and guidance
- Collaborates with other managers and stakeholders to align our strategic objectives and vision
- Ensures for proper training, guidance, coaching, and development of team
- Communicates and implements company work rules, performance standards, and departmental operating policies and procedures
- Prepares timely reports of departmental activity (e.g., sales results or projections, staff development, as requested by management)
- Monitors and reviews expenses of team to ensure compliance with designated guidelines
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintains regular, predictable, and consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the department's needs.
- Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements.
- Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards

- Successfully develops and implements joint strategies with manufacturing partners, leading to maximized revenue growth and expanded market share for OEM product lines
- Exceeds established sales goals through coordinated planning and execution
- Fosters strong collaboration with other managers and key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of departmental strategies with the organization's overarching vision.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in sales or account management
- Education - Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners, fostering mutual success and strategic alignment
- Experience in developing and executing collaborative strategies with manufacturing partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive OEM offerings to inform and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with other managers and stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives and vision are aligned.
- Experience in providing training, coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment
