As an Inventory Associate at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by assembling kits and maintaining parts support for production.

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assembles kits for manufacturing area by following manufacturing specifications.
  • Stocks incoming materials in appropriately designated receptacles.
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Handles all inventory move tickets for the production area.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety rules and 5S regulations.
  • Enters inventory-based transactions into accounting software.
  • Establishes and maintains positive work relationships with co-workers.
  • Work in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and lean principles
  • Communicate part shortages and other material related issues to the Materials department

Knowledge, skills and abilities strongly preferred include:

  • Must have basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Must have ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to do basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication, and division).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities a must.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office products preferred.

Pay Range: - per hour

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
