As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol Driver in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and/or persons within the premises.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with team members and site staff to support overall security-related operations at the financial institution.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
