As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your presence helps to deter security-related issues while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. You will conduct routine patrols and maintain high visibility, contributing to a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the premises of financial institutions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual conditions or activity.
• Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills to address incidents or critical situations that may arise during assigned shifts.
• Document and communicate any security-related incidents or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to support a secure and welcoming environment at the location.
• Remain visible and approachable during patrols to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
