As a Security Professional - Driving Patrol in Weslaco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Follow all post orders, protocols, and instructions specific to the manufacturing and industrial setting.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
