What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage access control procedures for authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with site-specific policies and procedures related to access control.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and report security-related concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities observed during shifts.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with site management, Allied Universal supervisors, and local authorities as needed.
• Support the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and contribute to a secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
