The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in Portland, OR.

How you will make an impact at TPG

As the Project Manager, you'll be the strategic quarterback and heartbeat of our Sales & Marketing team: driving projects, coordinating events and webinars, and ensuring operational excellence across the department. Your ability to organize, communicate, and collaborate will directly contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and the broader organization.

A typical day in this role



  • Manage the marketing helpdesk, routing and tracking internal requests efficiently
  • Creating and managing project timelines
  • Facilitate project team meetings and maintain visibility into project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate webinars and events, including logistics, vendor communication, and certification management
  • Maintain centralized calendars and process documentation for consistency and transparency
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as expense coordination, inventory management, and KPI tracking
  • Partner with leadership on quarterly planning, departmental documentation, and cross-functional initiatives


Key details

Location: Portland, OR; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $75,000-90,000 annually (DOE)

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

Travel: Minimal, if any

What you'll bring to the table



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), social media platforms, and WordPress
  • Experience with project management tools (Teamwork preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Account Engagement)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Familiarity with marketing operations, including KPI tracking and budget coordination
