Job Description Reporting to the AVP Sales West, the Sr. Sales Director, CSE (West) will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about security solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient.The Senior Sales Director is a pivotal leadership position, accountable for delivering strategic direction, operational oversight, and executive leadership. This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in guiding large teams and achieving critical business objectives. The Senior Sales Director will collaborate closely with executive management to develop and execute strategies that foster growth, innovation, and organizational excellence. Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Target Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 On Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $280,000 - $300,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
