Shift

1st shift 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Pay Range

$21-$29 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:



  • Execute facility-related transactions in SAP software, including processing invoices and work orders, creating purchase requisitions, and modifying preventative maintenance plans
  • Track, monitor, and report on facility-related expenses to ensure budget adherence
  • Maintain inventory for office furniture and supplies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with office space planning and allocations
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance
  • Serve as back up to our Front Desk staff to greet visitors, answer phone calls, monitor security systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Provide administrative support for site leadership, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, note-taking, and presentation preparation
  • Facilitate communication between the site leadership team and other departments
  • Actively participate in engagement committees (e.g., Fun Committee, Charitable Giving Committee) by organizing team-building events, celebrations, donation drives, and volunteer opportunities
  • Plan and execute morale-boosting initiatives such as office parties, birthdays, team recognition events, and engagement activities


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with SAP or other similar enterprise resource planning software preferred
