  • Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
  • Identify and justify capital equipment investments through ROI analysis.
  • Contribute to team development by sharing expertise and collaborating with engineers and technicians to uphold manufacturing best practices.

Continuous improvement & Automation

  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve yield, reduce variation, and lower costs.
  • Lead Kaizen events and drive automation initiatives for assembly and testing.
  • Optimize assembly lines across all stages of automation - from manual and semi-automated to fully automated systems - to enhance efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure new products are manufacturable at scale.

Quality & Reliability

  • Partner with Quality Assurance to improve yields, reduce DPPM, and support PFMEA activities.
  • Develop sustainable process solutions to support corrective and preventive actions (RCCA).
  • Participate in MRB reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for disposition.

Program & Cross-Functional Support

  • Deliver manufacturing readiness reviews and documentation for NPD/NPI programs.
  • Support new product launches from prototype through production ramp.
