Scope - Program Director for Supply Chain Advisory

Blue Yonder's Supply Chain Advisory (SCA) team is seeking a Program Director who will lead the governance and commercialization of programs and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, ensuring disciplined investment, measurable financial outcomes, and clear differentiation of Blue Yonder's AI-driven solutions in the market. The position operates at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Advisory teams to drive utilization, billable revenue impact, and data-backed decision-making across the POC lifecycle. It defines and enforces enterprise guardrails, intake criteria, and performance metrics to accelerate the progression from demo to validated business outcomes and commercial adoption of cognitive capabilities. This role enables scalable, high-impact deployment of Blue Yonder's AI-powered supply chain platform across global industries.

What you'll do

Program Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain advisory programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders

Strategic Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on supply chain program management, partnering cross functional teams including industry, solution advisory, product management, professional services, strategic transformation advisory and more
  • Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain resilience and agility

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and program governance meetings
  • Develop communications for various levels in the organization with appropriate messaging

Financial Program Leadership & Risk Management

  • Drive Supply Chain Advisory (SCA) programs with accountability for SaaS revenue impact, billable utilization, and commercial outcomes
  • Partner closely with Finance to evaluate program economics, forecast revenue impact, and ensure alignment with SCA financial targets
  • Analyze utilization and revenue trends to inform program prioritization, investment decisions, and resource allocation

Team Leadership

  • Indirectly Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers
  • Mentor and develop talent within the program team

Performance Monitoring

  • Establish KPIs and track progress against objectives
  • Deliver regular status reports and insights to team, senior leadership and clients

What we are looking for

Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years leading supply chain, program management, and/or enterprise SaaS/advisory initiatives with global stakeholders
  • Delivered multi-million-dollar digital transformation and optimization programs, building scalable, sustainable operating models
  • Financial acumen and ability to partner with Finance on program economics, forecasting, investments, and revenue impact
  • Designed and governed enterprise POC frameworks, ensuring strategic alignment, deal quality, and measurable outcomes
  • Data-driven leader = optimized utilization, resource allocation, and performance metrics; translated complex data into executive insights
  • Strong commercial judgment and executive presence, with the ability to challenge low-value opportunities and elevate deal quality

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • CSCP or equivalent preferred

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
