About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused thinker to join our team as Director, Digital Operations and Transformation. In this role, you will The Director, Digital Operations and Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and scaling Element's digital go-to-market and product enablement strategies across key digital channels, including the client portal and mobile app. This leader will drive enterprise-wide alignment on adoption strategies, digital engagement, and operational readiness, ensuring that client-facing digital capabilities are effectively brought to market and embedded within the organization's service model. The role will own execution from product direction through rollout planning, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and measurable digital experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for key digital platforms (mobile app and client portal), ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to develop launch plans, messaging, and enablement programs.
  • Identify performance metrics and lead execution against adoption, engagement, and satisfaction targets.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop rollout and adoption strategies for digital capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective communication, training, and change management.
  • Leverage client insights and data to refine adoption plans and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the full execution lifecycle from product direction to rollout and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure operational readiness across support, implementation, and client-facing teams.
  • Monitor rollout progress, resolve roadblocks, and manage feedback loops with key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in digital strategy, product marketing, or transformation roles; experience with digital platforms in B2B or service-oriented industries preferred.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholder alignment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Skills: Go-to-market strategy and digital adoption planning.
  • Skills: Program and stakeholder management.
  • Skills: Data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading digital transformation or digital product enablement in a B2B environment.
  • Deep knowledge of digital channel management, product rollout, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Client- and user-centric mindset with passion for delivering digital value.
  • Collaborative and adaptable leader who inspires team alignment and delivery excellence.

Location

Current Location: US Remote

The hiring base salary range for this position is $124,600 - $171,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
