Job Description

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations-driving safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. What You'll Do

  • Be a Safety Champion: Put safety first in everything you do. Partner with EHS leadership to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment.

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee shift production to meet and exceed goals for output, quality, and efficiency.

  • Ensure Quality Excellence: Monitor products for compliance with specifications and take swift action to resolve issues.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze production data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that reduce waste and boost performance.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve equipment and material challenges.

  • Empower Your Team: Supervise and develop production employees, manage schedules, and create an environment where people thrive.

  • Build a High-Performance Culture: Foster teamwork, open communication, and accountability while promoting company values.

  • Champion Growth: Conduct performance reviews, support career development, and motivate your team to achieve their best.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in operations, production supervision, or related fields OR 5+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
