Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible, you will provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions or concerns while maintaining a professional presence on site.
• Collaborate with site management and local authorities as directed during emergencies or critical incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
