Job Description




As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Bilingual in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone at the site. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
