As a Security Guard - Facility Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.
• Collaborate with property management and local authorities when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post and is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
