Responsibilities
Staffing/Inventory Coordinator - Full Time Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our 120-bed facility will offer specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions. The Staffing/Inventory Coordinator is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for personnel to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. They also manage supply ordering and inventory for the facility. This position is a key contributor, a member of the Nursing Management Team, and reports to the Milieu Manager. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED required Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 year' experience in hospital setting with staffing/scheduling responsibilities, or Business office experience, preferably in healthcare. Preferred Experience: Clinical and administrative healthcare industry experience. Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management.
