As a Level 1 Regional Trauma Center, our unit cares for a diverse population, including those recovering from abdominal transplants (liver, kidney, pancreas), trauma, vascular surgery, general surgery, GI procedures, and ortho/neuro spine surgeries. Our multidisciplinary team includes registered nurses (RNs), advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs), physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, clinical technicians, and support staff-working together to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Our nurses are highly skilled in managing complex patients and advanced technologies, including ventilator management, continuous vasoactive medication infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). We take pride in our strong culture of teamwork, professional development, and shared governance. Through active participation in our Performance Improvement, Safety and Ethical Practice, Education and Standards of Care, and Engagement Committees, staff have meaningful opportunities to lead, grow, and shape clinical practice. Come join a collaborative team where your expertise, voice, and passion for critical care nursing truly make a difference!
