Your Role on Our Team: The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead strategic projects across distribution and supply chain operations. This role will help transform the SC space by implementing end-to-end SC changes, delivering the SC vision, and supporting enterprise-wide goals. This role will connect the dots across the extended E-2-E supply chain. Will drive change by understanding business needs, SC best practices, tradeoffs and aligning strategy with execution. Strategy in action. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Implementation of Supply Chain Network Changes: Lead projects of Medium to Large complexity. These projects optimize distribution networks, improve service levels, and enhance SC efficiency.
- Supply Chain Systems & Process Deployment: Lead the rollout of new SC technologies and processes to support scalability and operational excellence.
- Strategic Initiative Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies, service improvements, and cost optimization efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a connector across operations, supply chain, IT, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution and visibility.
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
- Proven experience in managing SC change initiatives and leading cross-functional project teams.
- Acts as CEO of project - Takes accountability and possesses a sense of urgency for entire project outcome.
- Develop project charters, project plans, and project governance documents. Track project progress for scope, budget, schedule. and resources.
- Problem solving. Ability to translate commercial and business needs to specific SC requirements
- Highly analytical with the ability to assess complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to 'know what good looks like' in Supply Chain operations and project execution.
- Capability to quickly establish credibility, influence project teams, and collaborate with professionals at all levels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other TOOLS, we prefer you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Distribution, or equivalent years of directly related experience in Process Improvement or Project Management roles
- 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP platforms.
- Project management skills in MS Project or other project management software
- Background in network optimization, digital transformation, or Supply Chain strategy.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Periodic travel may be required up to 20%
