The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another human services-related field required.
• Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Candidate required to complete clearances and background checks, at Merakey's expense.

Position Details

The Recovery Coordinator/Case Manager will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
• Performing initial intakes, assessments, and timeline summaries.
• Providing intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.
• Providing individual and group treatment and support according to each individual's/family's needs.
• Supporting data collection, monitoring interventions, and providing feedback to the treatment team regarding client progress.
