We are now accepting applications for a Sales Administrator to join or Retail team. Position will be located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and developing promotional and marketing initiatives, as well as expanding the company's sales culture Trains, motivates, coaches and provides guidance to assigned area personnel in order to increase sales productivity.
  • May monitor incentive payments.
  • Helps with development of strategic plans in order to meet regional or departmental sales objectives.
  • Assists managers with overall sales goals.
  • Conducts sales staff meetings and educates staff on new and existing bank products and programs.
  • Will travel to various branches throughout the state of Nevada to coach on sales tools and provide guidance and assistance.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's and some experience with sales, service, and marketing of banking and lending products or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Basic knowledge of bank products and related policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of marketing, public relations, sales and service, management and leadership skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products.

Pay range (depending on experience): $70,000 - $80,000/Annual Base Salary
