Together We Grow - One Mission, One Team - With a Commitment to Serve Scope of Work: The Project Manager will be dedicated to the management of all aspects of maintenance and operation support services and ensures compliance for all contract operations for the NNPTC Base Operations Support Services contract. Responsibilities:
- Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all project business management functions and technical support.
- Ensures quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
- Has overall responsibility for Quality Control and Safety on the project. Participates in quality defects investigations and development of resolutions (corrective and preventive).
- Monitors performance of functional managers/supervisors and submissions of required reports and Contract Data Requirements List.
- Prompt resolution of issues associated with performance.
- Leads the workforce in implementing partnering with customers to continuously improve performance and business relations.
- Serves as principal liaison between the company and U.S Army and Air Force stakeholders on the contract.
- Directs and approves contract modifications, approves budgets, monitors contractual performance and costs, and takes action to correct discrepant conditions. Has overall responsibility for P&L of the contract.
- Maintains working knowledge of requisite business systems as they relate to the contract, including ability to implement future programs.
- Provides guidance and direction to finance and accounting, human resources, training, security, safety, and environmental.
- Conducts briefings and participates in meetings for internal and external stakeholders concerning specific project operations.
- Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

Requirements:
- Ten (10) years of increasingly responsible managerial experience in mid-sized organizations with an emphasis on maintenance type functions, human resource activities, and information technology.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, engineering management, public administration or a similar field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Background and knowledge of the practices, procedures and processes of contracts administration.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, FAR, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing contracts.
- Ability to prepare cost proposals and meet deadlines.
- Developed supervisory skills with proven ability to direct customer focused teams providing maintenance, and facility alterations and repair services.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate activities of staff engaged in planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair work.
- Must maintain licenses and/or credentials required for this position.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Must possess the ability to interact well with others in a team setting ability or alone and be able to change jobs on short notice.
- Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, flexible organized and must be detail oriented.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to maintain ability to access government worksite.
- Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- Must be able to work on-call, alternate, and extended shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements, including weekends and holidays.
- Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and around various hazards with appropriate PPE.
