What You'll Do



  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and operational data needs
  • Partner with data owners and stakeholders to understand database schemas, relationships, and data integrity requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SQL query performance issues using best-practice optimization techniques
  • Build robust Power BI data models using Power BI Desktop, including data transformation with Power Query (M) and relationship modeling
  • Design intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations aligned with business goals
  • Create advanced DAX measures to support KPIs, calculations, and analytical logic
  • Ensure semantic model accuracy, usability, performance, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI Report Builder paginated reports, including detailed tabular formats for operational and compliance reporting
  • Transform queried datasets into well-structured reports with clear formatting, parameters, and filtering capabilities
  • Migrate, modernize, and enhance existing reports as business needs evolve
  • Design, build, and maintain Mail Merge templates for communications, notifications, and operational correspondence
  • Ensure Mail Merge solutions dynamically integrate with data sources to support high-volume and personalized messaging

Minimum Requirements



  • Minimum of (3) three years of experience developing BI reporting solution
  • Proven experience writing complex SQL queries across relational database platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including M Query, DAX, modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS or Power BI Report Builder for operational reporting.
  • Ability to create and maintain Mail Merge templates in Word or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and distill insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must own an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship/visa


Bonus Points if you have experience with data warehouses, specifically Snowflake.

Substantial repetitive movements of the wrists, hands and/or fingers due to high amounts of computer usage and typing. Expected to spend long spans of time in front of a computer screen. Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. This is a largely sedentary role; however, the employee is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff.
