Join us as a Renewal Account Manager working out of your home office in the United States, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. Due to team location, we need to restrict this search to those in EST or CST. The DX (Digital Experience) team is currently looking for Renewal Account Manager to join our Sales organization. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!
